DMCA Policy

This site respects the rights of copyright holders under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you identify a copyright infringement, please follow the procedure below.

Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please send a notification containing the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
  2. A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  3. The location (URL) of the infringing material on the site
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address
  5. A good faith statement that the use of the content is not authorized by the copyright owner
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner

Removal Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will remove the infringing content as soon as possible. In cases of repeated infringement, the relevant user's access may be permanently blocked.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a DMCA counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include your identification, a description of the removed content, and a good faith statement that the content was removed in error.
